Author information
The deadline for author registration is March 31, 2017. Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Registration fees
All the indicated fees are per person and include a VAT of 20% at current rate at the day of printing.

It is possible to buy additional ticket(s) for the social event at the unit cost of 60€, subject to availability, following a first-come first-served policy.
*Student status:
A valid student ID-card has to be sent by mail to icfca2017.registration@inria.fr with the following subject « Student ID “ +name of the attendee. In absence of a valid student ID card, the full rate will be charged and will have to be paid at the registration desk on site.
Terms of payment:
- Credit card: The registration method of payment recommended is the payment by credit card, via our secured gateway. We only accept Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.
- Bank transfer: Please note that the bank transfer must be free of charge for the recipient. A copy of the bank transfer must be sent by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat.
Only fully completed registration forms will be accepted. The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration form and the payment in full, in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received before May 31, 2017 are fully refundable minus a 50 euros processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Reimbursement will be processed after the conference only.
Substitution:
If you are unable to attend the conference, you can request the transfer of your registration to another participant by notifying the Conference Secretariat in writing by e-mail, before the conference.
Cancellation of the conference:
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organizers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organizers, the conference organizers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc.
Under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future conference, or to reimburse the delegate after deducting costs already incurred for the organization of the conference and which could not be recovered from third parties.
